Randy Carter is a hard-working family man who has proudly called Ward 6 home for 32 years. Having raised his four children right here in the ward, Randy understands firsthand the everyday strengths, challenges, and aspirations of local families.

For decades, Randy has earned an honest living doing contract work for residents. But Randy’s commitment to Ward 6 goes far beyond his job site. He is deeply rooted in community care—whether it's driving seniors to and from the grocery store, stepping up to help a neighbour in need, or advocating for those who feel unheard.

Randy holds deep empathy for our community’s most vulnerable populations. He isn’t a career politician—he’s a neighbour who lives on your streets, shares your daily reality, and feels the same frustrations you do.
